Dear Mr./Ms.,

I hope you are well and facing the new academic year with renewed energy and enthusiasm. These are volatile and uncertain times with a very high level of complexity that we should face with optimism and positivity. We are installed in a new normality that demands the best of us and requires an attitude of constant change and renewal.

This time, I bring you news from RocaSalvatella, as we are also renewing and changing ourselves, and in this sense, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Eduard Dalmau as the new General Manager of RocaSalvatella.

Eduard Dalmau has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the UPC, a PDD from IESE and an Executive Master in Operations from ESADE. He joined RocaSalvatella in 2014 as Manager of Consulting and, until his current appointment, he was COO and Director of Consulting at RocaSalvatella. He has developed a long professional career both in the consulting field, managing projects for PWC and Deloitte, and in the business field, holding the Operations Management of Aceso (Rebold Group) and different management positions at the UOC.

I would also like to share with you that Marc Cortés, until now General Manager of RocaSalvatella, is embarking on a new professional stage oriented towards the development of personal projects in the field of teaching, the generation and dissemination of content and the accompaniment of newly created business initiatives.

Marc, who joined RocaSalvatella in 2010 as Director of Consultancy, has been a magnificent General Manager and I would like to thank him personally for all the effort and dedication he has contributed to the growth and consolidation of the firm. He will continue to be linked to RocaSalvatella, contributing his experience and knowledge as an external advisor.

I am convinced that these changes strengthen us to continue accompanying you in the current and future challenges of accelerating and/or digitally transforming your organisation with rigour, experience, proximity and empathy.
