At RocaSalvatella we want to incorporate a Business Development Strategist who will have a key role in the execution and design of the company’s Commercial Plan. As well as in the activation of key strategic marketing actions and positioning of the company in the Spanish market to support the commercial action.

✍Your day to day will be between the following tasks:

The main focus of your work (70%) will be concentrated on the detection and capture of potential clients that will allow increasing the pipeline of proposals and projects of the company:

  • Identify relevant companies as potential clients of RocaSalvatella based on the line of activity that have potential conversion capacity
  • Business vision: domain and presentation of the company’s portfolio (segmented according to client and interest)
  • Work on the alignment and improvement of commercial presentations and preparation of meetings with clients
  • Internal reporting (CRM) of the status and evolution of the commercial plan activation
  • Constant relationship with directors and partners to ensure alignment between business vision and commercial strategy

The second focus, and no less important (30%) will be focused on the contribution of strategic vision and implementation of marketing actions to offer support and breadth to commercial action:

  • Identify areas of interest relevant to the key profiles we target to design and activate marketing actions (events, campaigns, inbound marketing, etc.)
  • Align the communication strategy with the commercial strategy and ensure relevant actions together with the communication team (content, publications, LinkedIn prospecting etc.)
  • Apply business vision to commercial action, detect new and potential opportunities to which we can respond through new products and services

🏅What do we expect from you? About your personal knowledge and skills:

We are looking for a profile with consolidated and demonstrable experience that knows how to combine a commercial action with a global business vision that allows the design and activation of company positioning actions.

Experience

  • +7 years of consolidated experience in business development/prospecting in the digital agencies and/or business consulting sector
  • Active and updated contact portfolio
  • Knowledge and experience in our company’s key business areas: Digital Strategy, Marketing, Innovation and Big Data
  • Knowledge and experience in the activation of marketing and communication actions in the field of consulting services or similar

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal) aimed at building professional relationships (creation of documentation, presentation, negotiation, etc.)
  • Ability to work in an open and agile environment, with an organization with a matrix structure.
  • Ability to manage multiple actions, prospects, and leads simultaneously
    Business vision, understanding of the digital ecosystem and ability to detect opportunities aligned with our lines of action and capabilities.

We are looking for a Manager consultant with previous experience of around 5 – 7 years, with knowledge of the digital world and its constant transformation. Who wants to continue their professional development in the world of consulting.

Your day to day will be between the following tasks:

  • Project management, planning of activities and resources involved.
  • Team management.
  • Ensure the results and the project quality plan.
  • Manage the client to meet their expectations.

  • Service design.
  • Definition of business models.
  • Business transformation.

🔎 What are we looking for?

  • Experience between 5 – 7 years in consulting, digital, strategic and organizational systems departments, digital transformation, and service design and innovation.
  • Experience in commercial project management.
  • Experience managing digital strategy projects oriented to “Business Growth”.
  • Higher education with a master’s degree oriented towards a company vision.
  • Good level of English.
  • Training and/or knowledge in the digital field is valuable.
